Community Projects

The Society carries out various charitable programmes, mostly managed by volunteers:

• Free medical outpatient treatment through Klinik Sivananda
• Shelter for orphans and underprivileged children through Sivananda Homes in Batu Caves and Kuala Kubu Baru
• Subsidised pre-school education through Tadika Sivananda
• Computer classes to enhance computer literacy for the needy
• Youth motivation and educational programmes
• Yoga classes for a healthy lifestyle
• Monthly food rations for poor and needy families under the adoption scheme
• Free loan of medical equipment and aid such as wheelchairs and crutches
• Scholarships for deserving students
